Originally constructed as The Oswald Bond Store in 1892, the building was rebuilt as a wool store in 1903 after extensive fire damage and later converted to office premises in the late 1980s.

A prime example of the Victorian/Federation Free Classical style, No. 1 Kent Street showcases the intricate architecture of the time including sandstone detailing and brickwork facades. Revived interior features such as exposed masonry and timber columns and beams speak to the captivating history of the building.
